I have gotten notes for request (from this site and others site). NO i don't do request. As for suggestion; like they want me to draw a certain character. I think its like a request???? But my answer is no. I may have exceptions.

However i am open for art trades i can do tradition art for now. If anyone has patience (i have things going on in real life) then i am open for art trades...request never.
